warranty

Products purchased from Halona X are all backed with a thirty-day return policy for any manufacturer’s defects. We guarantee our products will be defect-free in materials and quality. Customer can return their purchase thirty days from the original retail purchase date.

Exceptions include final sale items and items not returned in original, unworn condition.

Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise, we are here to help. Contact us, and we will do our best to make it perfect. Halona X will do our best to honor exchanges two weeks from the original purchase date for products in unworn condition. Our exchange policy does exclude any final sale products.

Discounted items

Discounted items sold in an “as is” condition or are indicated as final sale are not covered under the standard warranty.

Jewelry Repair

Halona X does not specialize in jewelry repair services. Our customer service team can assist you by providing recommended vendors for this service.
